Kampos
A walled citrus-orchard district outside Chios Town, its stone mansions dating back to Genoese rule.
Kampos has been an estate district since the 14th century — high stone walls enclosing citrus orchards and the mansions of the merchant families who owned them. Several of those mansions are now hotels, restored rather than rebuilt.
