Whitepod

Whitepod's geodesic pods sit on a shelf above the Rhône valley, each one framed around a view rather than a wall, and heated by wood stove rather than central heating — the "thermal" part of the design. It reads more like a small design hotel spread across a hillside than a campsite: a shared restaurant and spa serve the whole pod camp.

Being a working property near the Les Giettes ski area, it runs a genuine two seasons — snow-focused in winter, hiking-focused in summer — rather than closing down outside a single peak window.
