Bodega de la Ardosa has been pouring drinks since 1892, and the narrow, barrel-lined room still looks the part — dark wood, football scarves on the walls, and a bar that fills up fast. Nearly 7,700 reviews and a 4.2 rating make it one of the better-known old tabernas in Centro, but it hasn't been smoothed out for tourists.
