A handful of wooden houses around a pond, each one a workshop with a shopfront. Ceramics mostly, some indigo, one bookbinder, and a coffee cart that closes when the beans run out.
It is not a secret exactly — Chiang Mai locals come at weekends — but it is off the tourist loop by enough that a weekday afternoon is you, the potters, and the cicadas.
