Instant-Fogas

Instant and Fogas were two separate ruin-bar landmarks before merging into one sprawling complex under a single roof — the result is less a bar than a small building's worth of them, seven-plus rooms each running its own music and mood, plus a rooftop terrace on top of it all.

The scale is the whole appeal and the whole catch: there's a disco floor, a garden courtyard, quieter side rooms, and enough corners that finding a specific friend again can take longer than finding the bar in the first place. It reads as more of a night out than a single stop, which suits a group better than a quiet drink for two.

Go early if you want to actually explore all seven rooms before they fill — by midnight the busier floors are standing-room only.
